My name is Delaverne Leslie, Born and raised in the beautiful village of Eldridge Ville, situated along the Southern Highway in the Toledo District, Belize. Over the years growing up as a young teenager I always wanted to be that Independent Woman and being my own Boss, so after I moved to Placencia in the early 90’s this is where I possess that wealth of knowledge pertaining to Belize’s geography, culture, and socioeconomic climate. I have a strong communication skills which generated a reputation for the utmost discretion, tact, professionalism, and cross-cultural considerations.

After working a few years at one of Placencia’s well-known Beach Resort, I decided to move on and venture off on my own starting off with Ocean Motion Tours, alongside me making this business a success is my dedicated Husband Bernard Leslie, who’s no stranger to Placencia being a native of this beautiful coastal village, in early 2005, after long lasting relationship with a few of our customers from the Tour business seeking our assistance in finding them that perfect piece of Paradise right here in Placencia, led us to the Real World interacting with the Real Estate sales and listing of properties.

My humble attitude is a reflection of who I am and living amidst my Belizean cultures, people and appreciating the vibrant diversity of ethnicities. As a consequence, I made sure that I got valuable insight and experience in real estate and procedures that I can utilize in my real estate business. It was and is still my Pleasure doing so, because I Love and Enjoy doing the Job I am doing.
